The used materials respect the tradition of Haute-Savoie: substructure in local stones, larchwood cladding and wooden tile roofs. Their implementation is contemporary and neat, providing large, functional and bright living spaces. The furniture was designed by internationally renowned designers such as Jean Prouvé, Charles Eames and Le Corbusier.

The gym is fully equipped with new material from TECHNOGYM: 2 treadmills, 1 bike, 1 crosstrainer and a weight bench. A connected TV and a sound system allow you to train and entertain.

The SPA is equipped with a big sauna (14 people), a big hammam (12 people) and 2 Italian showers. A sound system completes the installation to give you a moment of intense relaxation.

Ski storage
The ski storage is large and equipped with a boot dryer for 18 pairs, a storage unit for skis and a big changing room. Snowshoes and sticks are at your disposal.

A laundry is at your disposal. It is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and a full ironing equipment. The laundry products are at your disposal.

Equipped kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen including 6 cooking plates, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 fridges, 1 freezer, 1 coffee machine and 1 plate warmer. The kitchen has many utensils so that you can cook in a very comfortable way.

Terraces
The large terrace (30m²) located south will allow you to admire the Aiguille du Midi and the Mont Blanc mountain. It is equipped with a table, benches and enough seats to have lunch when the weather is nice.

The living space is composed of a kitchen, a dining room and a large living room. It also gives access to a large terrace located south and a smaller terrace located north.

The big living room can welcome in all conviviality the 14 guests. It is equipped with a sound system, a wood-fired cassette, and a telescope to admire the Mont-Blanc mountain and the Aiguille du Midi. Books are available and allow you to plunge into the history of Savoie and particularly of Chamonix. Finally, you can find a large number of table games to have good family times.

The 14 guests can sit comfortably around the big table of the dining room. The nearby dresser has a large number of plates and bowls in different sizes, fabric napkins and tablecloth, white and red wine glasses, champagne and cocktail glasses.
